We are delighted to welcome Professor Dave Rapallo to the Levin Center for Oversight and Democracy as our new Senior Advisor and Congressional Scholar!
Dave currently serves as Director of the Federal Legislation Clinic at Georgetown Law and brings over two decades of experience in congressional oversight, investigations, and public service, having served as Staff Director for the House Committee on Oversight and Reform under Chairman Elijah Cummings and Chief Investigative Counsel under Chairman Henry A. Waxman.
At the Levin Center, Dave will lead key initiatives, including our bipartisan Congressional Oversight Boot Camps, track developments in oversight case law, and curate a monthly digest for oversight scholars nationwide.
